In poverty, what is HOME?

One of the benefits of celebrity status is the ability to influence fans and followers. There is much good that comes from the power of celebrity endorsements in bring a point home.

The following video shares the idea of “home” through the eyes of some famous people. Celebrity and fame have provided each an invite to speak their mind about HOME. To some it is a place of family and to others it is a place to build-up personal ideals and passions.

As you listen to these celebrities this holiday season, ask yourself if a tent dweller in Haiti would share the same ideas of home as these folks. The money raised from the famous will be a blessing to many, but what is the image of HOME in the mind of the earthquake ravaged Haitians?

The money and the attention will really help, but a safe and sustainable home is what thousands dream for during this holiday season.
